Role roadmap

Own AI readiness workshops, workflow mapping, implementation planning, and client adoption.
Build reliable business automations across ERP, CRM, email, messaging, databases, and APIs.
Design governed agents with prompts, tools, evaluations, escalation paths, and audit visibility.
Translate business goals into clean integration architecture and delivery-ready solution designs.
Document processes, prepare automation blueprints, and keep delivery aligned with business value.
Run adoption reviews, governance rhythms, support handoffs, and continuous improvement programs.
